Part Time: 22.5 hrs per week (3 days per week) 

Start date: 6th January 2025

Salary: £26,493.48 FTE (£16,110.90 pro rata)

Location: 48 High Street, Hemel Hempstead, Herts HP1 3AF

Community Action Dacorum is are seeking a passionate and driven FutureReady Project Officer to lead and deliver an exciting employability initiative for young carers. This project will provide tailored support to help young carers develop essential job skills, increase their confidence, and prepare them for the job market. The role will involve designing an engaging, interactive curriculum and providing one-to-one support, all while creating a collaborative and supportive environment to help participants achieve their career goals.

• are well organised
• can work under pressure
• have attention to detail
• have good communication skills
• are competent in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
