Lead LTA Free Park Tennis Activator

Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead LTA Free Park Tennis Activator to manage and deliver our weekly Free Park Tennis sessions at Coronation Fields. This role involves driving to pick up tennis equipment from The Active Dacorum Hub in Hemel Hempstead and taking a tennis session every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The sessions are open to the community at no cost, and the Lead Activator will work alongside another activator and one volunteer each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to The Active Dacorum Hub to collect and return tennis equipment.
• Facilitate Free Park Tennis sessions every Saturday at Coronation Fields.
• Collaborate with the other activator and one other volunteer to ensure a smooth and enjoyable session.
• Engage participants of all ages and skill levels, encouraging active participation.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of equipment and maintain a positive environment.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
