Job purpose
The purpose of the role is to lead the development, design and delivery of high quality
services that break the cycle of youth homelessness through education, advice and
support. Working in partnership with other agencies across Hertfordshire and ensuring
that young people’s voices are embedded in our services are both central features of
this role. The Head of Services is part of the executive management team and therefore
jointly responsible for the delivery of the charity’s strategy and for modelling our values.
Responsible for
• Line managing four people: three Services Managers and one Salesforce &
Information Specialist.
• Overall team of circa 35 people.
• Budget of circa £1.3m.
