CHEXS is an award-winning youth and family support charity seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team. In this critical role, you’ll help guide our efforts to make a lasting impact in the lives of children, young people, and families across Broxbourne.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee our Family Support and Children & Young People leads, who are dedicated to enhancing the lives of vulnerable families and young individuals.
- Drive CHEXS’s operational excellence and innovative approaches through our Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
- Work closely with the CEO to align our services with CHEXS’s mission and strategic objectives, ensuring effective program delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local schools, community organisations, and local authorities.
About You:
- You have a proven track record in managing operations within the charity or voluntary sector, with a focus on impact and community service.
- You bring strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills, as well as experience with data-driven decision-making.
- You are skilled at fostering partnerships and collaborating across professional and organizational boundaries.
